Any person aggrieved by the decision of the Commissioner of Labour not to issue a Labour Clearance may appeal in writing to the (Minister) Governor within 14 days following notification to him of the decision appealed against.

The (Minister) Governor may confirm the decision appealed against or direct that the Commissioner issue the Labour Clearance applied for and the Commissioner shall comply with any such direction.
